
Like Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life was a bit grosser, and more grown-up than the other cartoon's on Nick at the time.

Sure our family watched the classic Nickelodeon cartoons such as Doug, Rugrats, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, and Hey Arnold!. But either way, the show was hilarious, and I never turned down a chance to watch it. Actually, it might have been my younger brother that was a major fan, and I just watched it by proxy.

Again, I was a big fan of the series back in the day. Rocko's Modern Life premiered on Nickelodeon back on September 18, 1993, and ran for four seasons and 52 episodes before ending on November 24, 1996. Yes, you can check out the clip below and then make sure to mark your calendars as Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling will be hitting Netflix on August 9, 2019. And today Netflix has shared not only a new clip from the upcoming event but the release date as well. So as you might imagine, I'm looking forward to checking out Netflix's upcoming one-hour special Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling. I don't know about you guys out there, but I was a pretty massive fan of Joe Murray's animated series Rocko's Modern Life as a kid.
